Commercial Building Soft Washing and Pressure Washing in Fairborn, OH
This was a massive one. Wright State University was in desperate need of our Commercial Building Soft Washing and Pressure Washing services.
The Nutter Center is an enormous building used by the university for hosting many events including graduations, ceremonies, sporting events, concerts, and much more. After driving by this building daily for the last few years, we decided it was time to reach out.
We worked with the Wright State University facilities department to develop a plan to get this beast cleaned up.
Over 1300 linear feet of wall towering 1.5 to 4+ stories high were to be soft washed. Nearly 80,000sqft of concrete was on the books to be pressure washed along with many stairs and some other structures that needed cleaned up on the property.
We managed to get the important parts cleaned up just in time for students who were graduating and taking their pictures in front of the Nutter Center, and that made us very proud to be able to provide a cleaned up outdoor environment to celebrate each student’s years of hard work with their friends and family.
